This is the best shade I have ever purchased and it literally took me less than 10 min to put up. I actually placed it right behind my levolor shade so I can keep the clean look and you can’t see it. After I wake up I will roll it up and let some sunshine in. It really is awesome5 minute install, no tools, no holes in our window frames and instant shade! Totally recommend. Good quality materials, true to size, good light blocking effect and very streamlined when rolled up. You don’t even notice them when they’re up. I am gradually buying them for all our sunny windows. Second purchase, very happy.First of all, let me say the product itself is awesome, they fit snugly into my window casements and look great! Perfect for renters like me who want minimalist roller shades and can't drill into anything. They stay put and work fabulous, and the place where the top and bottom panes of my window overlap is the only place light peeks through, which is not the fault of the shade at all. Total blackout otherwise, while being a nice white color!I am absolutely thrilled beyond belief with the customer service. I initially ordered 3 shades (2 of the same size and one bigger), and none of the shades fit. Through very good and prompt communication (considering the time difference overseas) they helped me figure out that one didn't fit because I hadn't measured correctly, and the other two were simply errors on their part. They sent me three new shades without any additional charge, and I got them very promptly with allowances for shipping time. Overall, I'm super impressed with the attention of customer service, and the value of my items!These shades are great. I needed blackout shades since I wake up because of the morning light. They perfectly block the light. They are also really easy to install (it will take you maybe 2 minutes, no drill needed). They seem very sturdy and it is really easy to fold and unfold. Note that you can contact the seller to ask for the exact size you need. My windows are approximately half an inch bigger than the shades I ordered but the seller said they would make it so the shades perfectly fit my windows and they do! Also, I received the shades 14 days after I ordered them, Amazon gives you a longer delivery time for some reasons. I actually ordered another type of shades before these ones (the pleated paper ones that you stick on the ceiling - and that I really didn't like) because I wanted the shades earlier than the expected delivery time -would have ordered these directly had I known that it would take only 14 days.PS: bought them in 2021 and the total cost was $67, tax included.Beautiful high quality blackout blinds that install easily with spring mechanism I have bought a stock size and they have created a custom one for me both are outstanding and well worth the moneyThey were so easy to fit and they work well. Just what I neededShade portion was not centered on horizontal measurement leaving a gap of about 1/4 inch on the left side. This is not critical in my installation but I might end up putting a shim on the right to even it up.Installation instructions are not detailed enough. Took several tries to figure out how to tighten it.I got two of these. They are well-constructed and super-easy to put up. Literally taking out of the box and sticking on to the inside of the window. One of the two was slightly off in size (unfortunately one cannot provide exact size in fraction of inches when ordering). But I contacted the sellers and they were extremely prompt and are in the process of sending me the another one with corrected size without me having to return the old one. Very satisfied with the transaction.
