Age appropriateI got it on sale for $50 it originally being $69.99 when I found it , and I was very very disappointed in what came . It’s super super small, my one year old stands belly level with the counter top. The stand itself is pretty good but the toys and pieces it came with are all very cheaply done . But was easy to put together my 2 year old did most of it , it says 3+ but height wise and quality wise I’d definitely say 1-2 years old just be careful with the smaller pieces . It’s very very small. If I had to buy one again I wouldn’t pay more than $25 for itMy son loves this set but the jig saw has never worked. We have tried different batteries and can not get it to work. Also I have emailed the company twice and never heard back from then. Not impressed with the customer service with that. Another thing is the face mask band is way too tight to fit my 4 year old! I don’t think it would even fit my 1 year old. Way too small of a band. Over all my son does love the set but disappointed with those few things.My little boy has been obsessed with jigsaws. When I saw a tool set that included one I had to get it for his third birthday. He was so psyched. The power tools work well. The jigsaw is loud which I expected. The chainsaw is not a loud as most noise making toys which I love. The only bummer is it didn’t come with the screwdriver, so there’s an open slot on his tool belt. He gets really annoyed by that. After he banged the hammer a few times some plastic piece inside started to rattle. It’s brittle plastic so it doesn’t seem quite as sturdy as other toy tools we’ve played with.We gave this to my nephew and he absolutely loved it! His dad cuts down trees all the time and he wanted to be just like dad! He put on the dust mask, safety glasses, and ear muffs and ran around for a good hour pretending to cut down trees. He loves that the chainsaw makes noise and starts up like the real thing. My only comment is that he was very sad that the pull chain doesn't actually pull up. It moves a little bit, but doesn't really pull out like on a real chainsaw. Overall a great gift that he will hopefully enjoy for a long time.Easy to assemble.The work area is very small and not many holes to screw things in and play.The tools are cute and there's lots of nits and bolts.You get a car and a tractor to assemble and the electric drill really works good.I just wish it was wider and more work area.It's fine, very light and easily pushed around by kids.Missing a few screws for the car and missing stickers. Cheapily madeOtherwise I think it's more suitable for 1.5-2.5 year olds, my nephew of 3 played only for about 1 hour in total.I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old. If he plays rough then buy a better product. It is cute for the price and is what it shows but not a durable product..
